CSL Accessibility Plan

Overview and Progress Reporting

In alignment with the Accessible Canada Act (ACA), CSL is committed to creating a barrier-free environment for all individuals, including persons with disabilities. As part of this commitment, CSL has developed a comprehensive Accessibility Plan aimed at identifying, eliminating, and preventing accessibility barriers across key areas of operation.

What is CSL’s Accessibility Plan?

The Accessibility Plan is a multi-year strategic document that outlines existing accessibility barriers and the steps CSL is taking to address them. It focuses on ensuring full and equitable participation for persons with disabilities, regardless of the nature of their disability.

The Plan addresses six (6) priority areas

  • Employment
  • The built environment
  • Information and communication technologies (ICT)
  • Communications
  • Procurement of goods, services, and facilities
  • Design and delivery of programs and services

Plan Updates and Progress Reporting

CSL’s Accessibility Plan is reviewed and updated annually, with a full renewal every three (3) years. In addition, annual progress reports are published to provide transparency and accountability by highlighting the progress made and actions taken in each of the six priority areas.
