Self-Unloaders

CSL Flexvik

Europe

MV CSL Flexvik is a Handysize, self-unloading vessel with a deadweight of 18,499 MT. The ship is currently operating in Europe.

CSL Flexvik’s self-unloader concept is designed to handle all grades of rock, from sand to armour rock. Equipped with two electric excavators (Sennebogen 870), the vessel can self-load and self-discharge.

The deck hoppers and discharge boom allow for a single-point discharge, enabling the ship to offload materials directly to shore, either into a stockpile, hopper, or trucks. Additionally, the system can be used to tranship material from ship-to-ship, for example to feed a rock installation vessel.

The ship’s excavators can also discharge directly and can handle armour rock up to 1-3 tonnes.

MV CSL Flexvik is wholly owned and operated by CSL.
